Fourth of July

Kiana and I went shopping Thursday night. This was the outfit we got her for the 4th of July. She loved it because her shoes are heels. She looked at them all day, kept spinning, taking them off and admiring them. She looked cute, regardless of how much she annoyed me while she stared at herself. It will be an interesting adventure in a couple of years.

We went miniature golfing after we got done with the movie. We saw Wall-E. It was ok. We both stunk it up golfing, we didn't really take it that serious. She looks like she has a nice swing. (she was a little crazy)
Nice putting.

You can't really see her, she is in the green car. She tried running over the guy running the show. She didn't really understand him or didn't believe him when he told her she needed to stop. She is too wild for it.

We went to a BBQ at our friend's house. This is their daughter and is going to be our goddaughter. I like to call her chipmunk cheeks because she looks like she is saving a whole bunch of acorns in her cheeks. She is so stinking cute.
We ate good food and then watched the fireworks. They lit fireworks for like 3 hours and still weren't done with their huge supply. We will have to wait til the 24th to finish them.

This was our dinky firework show. Nothing like at our friend's house, they made a special trip to Wyoming. We did our show Thursday night. Kiana had fun picking them all out at the firework tent.

Our little watching station.

So, Yhostin's dad went to bear lake over the weekend. He left the key to his other bike on the counter. I decided that I needed to take it. I drove it to the BBQ on Friday. Yhostin drove it home. Then we rode it to work. He won't ride bitch and I think if I rode bitch we would tip over, so we had to take turns. I would ride it one way and he would ride it the other. Now we want to buy one. We plan on looking on Friday. I will keep you posted on how the search goes.

We are trying to get things together for Hawaii. I wanted some really cute, girly luggage. I decided to get this set. It is brown with pink dots. Now we just have to get some neutral luggage for Yhostin so he doesn't have to wheel around this girly luggage.

Here is Kiana trying on her best Vanna White pose with her luggage. Her luggage is perfect and punkish for her. It has skulls, red roses, and cute red wheels. She loves skulls, so when I saw this I had to get it for her. She loves anything to do with Hawaii. She can't wait to go.

Thanks, Vanna

Here is some wedding stuff. The people who can't make it will have an idea. But no worries, we will have a site with our pics and we are doing a video as well. So I like the look of this. Even though the wedding planner reminds me every time that it is Jewish. I just say it is a modern version of an archway.

So Terra, Nichole, and Daviana this is more than likely going to be the bridesmaid's dresses. I haven't found shoes yet. I will let you know.

We are getting married at the Holy Innocents Church oceanside lawn in Lahaina. It is on the west side of Maui. After we will be going to a Luau. It is the Feast at Lele. Food looks disgusting, but the entertainment is suppose to be good. I guess what we lack in food, we will make up with the show.

So this is the style of the cake. Only 3 layers though. The bottom and top will be fuscia with black circles and the middle will be black with fuscia circles. We are making the circles a little different, but this is the main idea.

This is the inspiration for my bouquet. It won't have the berries or grass stuff at the bottom and it will be wrapped in black ribbon. The rest of the flowers will be either roses or calla lillies.

My baby working on his baby!!

This is Yhostin's project. Unlike me, on his days off he does something productive. He has been fixing up his truck for the past couple of months, really focusing on the exterior. This is the new grill I bought him for father's day. Notice how the door is open. He had an alarm put in and it was having a mind of its own. The doors were unlocking and locking. He couldn't shut the door or the alarm would go off. I was trying to be funny and attempted to open the driver's side door and made the alarm blare through the neighborhood. It was so loud, we had to go inside because it was hurting our ears. He didn't think I was very funny, especially since he told me not to do it. Ha, ha.

We are really proud of the steering wheel. Everybody is so jealous of it. It gets really hot now that it is like 100 degrees. The interior will be the next project.

The rims. He will probably never let me drive it again because I am attracted to curbs and they don't really like rims.

The full view. I wish I had a before pic.

Kiana talking on her new phone. She loves it.

Kiana looks like she is crying in this pic. She is not, just pulling one of her many weird faces.

Got the video thing down. Thanks Nichole! This is Kiana trying to slip and slide. She did not do very good at first. But, it was nothing a little money couldn't fix. After about 3 hours and $10 she finally got it down. I even showed her how to do while I was wearing my clothes. She was frustrating me because she would not get on her stomach. With a little help from the pro, she became a pro herself.
