Happy Birthday Chris and Taylor!!!

This is my cute Na!! I bought this hat for her, and she looked so cute, I had to post it.

Daddy and daughter, aaahh!

I love this pic, her pose is cute.

Happy birthday to my cute nephew on 11/18! Can't believe he is one. Pay attention to the shirt (it says "I am this many"), I bought it last year when he was born, but could not wait to give it to him so he got it for Christmas!! We celebrated Chris and his birthday on Saturday! It was a fun, busy day because we also went and got our wedding rings. We are almost set for the big day.

I had 14 batteries in my camera bag and they were all dead, even the recharged ones. So I had to take the pics all with my phone. That is why they are not of high quality. He would open one present and be distracted by it so we would have to take the other away so he would continue opening it. Probably like that for most kids.

He reached his hand out to my dad, so he shook his hand. I just love the look on his face.

Sitting on daddy's present. He was really excited.

My dad and Yhostin busy at assembling the presents.

so innocent

toys in action

My mom and dad got him this cute radio flyer car. They can push him around in it. It has a ton of cool features, lots of sounds, and a door that opens that he thought was pretty cool!

We thought we would put the huge candle in the bucket of ice cream. He was cute he would grab some ice cream out and eat it.

baseball cupcakes

the cupcake was good

This was at Mens Warehouse when we were getting our dads fitted for the wedding day outfit. He loved looking at himself in the mirror, maybe it was his new jacket we gave him for his birthday, or maybe he was copying Kiana (she gave him the 4-1-1 at looking at yourself in the mirror)

He will crawl but I think the majority of the time he scoots. I love how he scoots around, whipping the one leg around. I tried to get a good clip of it, you only get to see it about 3 times, but it gives the idea.
All of us singing Happy Birthday!

Costumes!!!!

Kyleigh was our cute little bee! Her antennas were hurting her so she took them off, but she is still adorable. We went with her, Danyell, and the kids trick or treating in Herriman. Their neighborhood was awesome! There were kids everywhere, I was afraid to drive through the neighborhood. The kids came home with a load of candy, even full candybars (we like those kind of people).

She didn't want to cooperate with the picture thing. She was dancing and would not stop so we could get a pic! Thats why the first pic is blurry.

Kiana being our dark fairy in her infamous pose!!! She looked so cute with her wings, then she had to rip them off. She wanted to jump off someone's porch when we were trick or treating, but her wings didn't quite fit through the column and the wall of the house. They lasted a whole 20 minutes.

Another pose!!

Yhostin went to work as a Samurai! He had to even go buy himself toy swords to wear on his back. I have no Halloween spirit, so no costume.

Our Weekend!!!

Nichole, you did inspire us. Here are our pumpkins. Thanks to Yhostin for them turning out. It was Kiana and two other kids trying to do them. The detail is too much for me, let alone, Kiana and the kids. I didn't think they would get finished. Then Yhostin recscued us!!

Kiana's crazy clown.

Yasmin's cool cat.

Jeremy's howling dogs.

We also decided to make tutus for no good reason, other than they are cute. This is Kiana's, it was purple, pink, and black. I cut the material, and she tied. They are kind of time consuming so she didn't last the whole way.

This one I made for Kadence! I wanted to make one for a cute little girl. Of course, I chose my favorite colors. I was a little disappointed because I could not find fuscia tulle, so I had to settle for pink. It still turned out way cute. I was going to mail it to Nichole in Idaho but luckily she was in Utah this week. I made her sisters give her up early so I could see her and I sent this home with her. Thanks Nichole for coming and seeing me and thanks to your sisters for giving you up early. It was great to see you!

Yasmin's was pink with a little purple in it. She couldn't wait for us to finish it. They were fun and easy to do, can't wait to make some more.

So, I wanted to share with you all my cute little Britain's personality. Whenever we try to bring her inside from outside and she hasn't seen us all day she wants her belly rubbed. This is her waiting, and waiting, and waiting. Even after you rub her belly she lays there hoping for more. You walk into the house and come out 10 minutes later and she is still laying there waiting. It is cute, but sometimes annoying when you want her to come in the house and you have to wait for her.

"Rub my belly, it is so relaxing, please, please, please!!"

"Where you going? Come back, don't leave, rub my belly."
It takes her forever to get up!
So on Friday we went to Target and were looking at the movies and I found Fragglerock!!!! I loved that show when I was little. I was so excited to find it. We all watched it, and Kiana even thought it was good. We recorded a little with the camera. You can't hear it very well but you can see all the fraggles. I hope I find some more DVDs.

Can't wait for Halloween

Mary sent me this pic on my phone today and I had to post it because Taylor looks so stinking cute. He is such a happy baby and is always smiling. His grin is the best.

Yesterday we were at Yhostin's mom's house and she sent us with his karate uniform from when he was 8. Kiana wanted to try it on, and then she gave us this awesome pose. We told her she could use it for Halloween. She was down with the idea, I guess we will see what happens.

Maine

So, my mom and I went to Maine for my cousin Fabian's wedding. This is what is looks like out your window while driving through Maine. The eastern United States is like a freaking forest. Along the freeways, all you see are trees, in the towns, all you see are trees. You don't even know there is a town there. I like my desert, I like seeing the city.

You drive over alot of cool bridges on the coast. This is the only one I took a pic of.

This is our cottage that we stayed in in Belfast, Maine. It was pretty cute, and a little crowded. My mom and I stayed there with my grandma and my great aunt. It was interesting, to say the least, being with my mom's mom.

This is the view from the room. (a little crowded) You can see the ocean in the background.
The leaves were changing colors and since you are in the forest you see alot of it. Every tree is right in front of you. Red, burgundy, yellow, orange, and green. In the words of some "oh, look at that," "oh, isn't that gorgeous," "oh," "oh," "oh!" It was pretty, but the comments got a little old from the surrounding party, especially since all you see are trees. It was not like they were few and far between.

Another pic of the ocean. We didn't really get to any awesome sandy beaches.

We got to Maine Wednesday night and Thursday was a nice day. Then hurricane Kyle, turning into a tropical storm, started to hit and the weather got pretty nasty. It rained non-stop the rest of the time.

This was going into the airport. We flew into New Hampshire and then drove 3 hours to Maine.

This was the window at the church they got married. It was a nice church.

Here is the cute couple. Brittany and Fabian 9-27-08. They had a nice wedding.

Fabian was the perfect groom. He couldn't keep his eyes of his bride. He had us all in tears when he started to cry while she was walking down the isle.

This pic is awesome (a little fuzzy though). I think they look like models.

The whole group.

Kyle had to add his touch to the pic. Such cute sister-in-laws. Jessica and Daviana, you two looked hot. (the two on the left are Fabian's siblings)

Group pic!! Jessica, Kim, Aunt Dolores, Mom

They were nice feeding each other.

There reception was decorated really cute. They did a fall decor. They placed you by putting 'I love you' in a different language, and then you sat at that table.

I love lanterns. They are so cute at weddings. I loved them at Terra's wedding too.

Awesome flower arrangements on the table. It was funny, one of the glasses was filled with champagne so when they did the toast my mom took a drink thinking it was sparkling cider. She was so mad when she took that swallow. We all laughed.

This was the table for the wedding party. They had alot of candles lit and little lanterns, giving it a cozy feel.

Outside they had the corn stalks, leaves, and like 10 pumpkins that were painted gold.

Where the place cards were.

On Friday, before it got all rainy, we went to main street in Belfast to walk the farmer's market. They had these cute things to take pics in, so of course we did.
Here is Kim's photo.

Jessica's photo.

This one was perfect for my mom. She is always buying lotto tickets. This will probably be the closest she will ever get to winning, unfortunately.

This was actually not on main street, but was at Perry's nut house (as it says).

Kim's turn at the nut house!!

We had to go to somewhere to eat lobster. My mom was the only one who gave in. They either complained because it cost too much, or it was too much work to crack the shell and get the meat to eat. But who wants to work to eat their food?? Or, you can be me and just say "yuck"!! They brought her a bib, who told them she would need it?? lol

a close up of the bib

I took a pic of the lobster (she actually had the stuffed lobster) for everyone. Whenever I said I was going to Maine I would be asked to get them some lobster. So here is there lobster. (I am poor so I can't afford to send it home, and besides I never actually ran across some fresh lobster to buy. Maybe the next time I go to Maine I will actually be working and can afford to buy you all some! yum, yum)
Anyways, that was the main idea of the Maine trip!! It was quick and we didn't see alot because we mainly did wedding stuff. Thanks mom for taking me, I love you!! I owe you a trip when I have some money. We will do something fun and see lots of stuff!
