Old Times -- Part 2!!!!

No explanation needed!

Senior trip was fun! The beach has so much to offer.

Remember how cold it was there? Good thing I was prepared. Just kidding, I am just crazy!

This was when we were at Disneyland. We were laughing so hard, everybody in the restaurant was staring at us.

Subway, such a great source of entertainment. Such great times. Remeber the jalapenos?
Even when we weren't working we still were there. (Please come work Andy, I don't want to anymore!!!)

Senior banquet

Such a crazy Moab softball trip.

This was us at the Ephraim Wal-Mart trying to entertain ourselves one night after a football game.

I have no words for this one.

Good old 4-H days. Nothing like making stuff and watching Ricki Lake. Those glasses are hot. I need some (stupid 4 eyes). I am pretty sure I had some shorts on. I remember thinking of how bad this pic looked if no one knew that I had something on. I don't know??

Priceless softball pics. Such good times.

Feeling the love that goes on and

on and on. Such crazy kids.

Happy Birthday London!!

Since we are so boring, I decided I would post a little late birthday tribute to London. He turned 3 on September 5th. I hope he lives for a long time, I don't think I will deal well when he dies. We love London so much. It is crazy that dogs develop personalities, and how different they are. Him and Britian are like night and day.

Some pics are repeats to the blog. I posted this one because he loves this house. If he has been sleeping and we make them go outside the majority of the time he just walks straight into his dog house and goes back to sleep. He is the only dog that uses the houses (we also have a dogloo).

He loves to ride in the back of the truck. He stands up and just lets the wind flop through his droopy lips. (Britian does not behave as well, stinker.)

This pic made me laugh because he would not get out of the driver's seat. I guess he was ready to go somewhere.

He is so funny!! When him and Chula get to playing he always sits on her. I don't know if he does it to pin her down and stop her, because it is softer to sit on her, or because she is like a chair (don't have to work so hard to get his butt to the ground)?? Chula just lets him. He stays there until we all start staring at them because we think it is so funny.

Another angle.

He loves to sit on the porch and watch what is going on. He does pretty good to stay there. The other ones like to explore beyond the yard so they don't get to up to the front that often.

Such a cute face. Kiana put her bracelet on him. He looks like such a tough bulldog.

Who needs kids when I have dogs to get in my way?? He likes to lay right here. I am not sure if it is because there is a vent right there or he likes to have a place to lay his whole body against where he is away from the others?? I guess the good thing is, is that I can still put the door down. So, I guess he isn't in my way that much. (Britian likes to step on the dishwasher and put her nose to the dishes so they can be all dirty again, she doesn't get to help that much.)

Sometimes the sleep hits him so quickly that he doesn't have time to lay down. He is the laziest dog. He would never go outside if we didn't make him. I guess if we could toilet train him, ya not realistic??

Our excitement for the past month!!

So last night Yhostin came to bed at about 1 am and about 30 minutes later I could see all these police lights going off outside our window. I looked outside and could see a couple of fire trucks. I wasn't sure if someone was hurt, but then I saw the hoses all along the road. I saw people outside watching so I decided to go see what was going on. The house across the street from us was on fire!! They have been trying to sell the house and have not been there for a couple of weeks so the fire had time to consume the whole kitchen and cause lots of damage. It has made our neighborhood fragrant for the time being. Just glad no one was hurt. I posted a link to the news broadcast if anyone wants to watch, it is a really short clip.

All for our Kiana!!

So all you get on this post is pics from my camera, which will explain their poor quality! On the weekends we have Kiana I try to make it all about her so she has an enjoyable time. This weekend was pretty packed with things to do.

On the 24th we went swimming at the pool that Mary works at. Danyell happened to be in the area so her and Kyleigh came and joined in. We got this cute pic of the 3 kids. Yhostin calls this our oreo cookie : ) Taylor got his hair trimmed, he was looking sharp.

Kiana for her solo shot!

Taylor with his red vine lips! He is so stinking cute. He has the cutest personality.
So that was Friday.......

and this is Saturday. After too much laundry we went and got some more laundry, getting Kiana a ton of school clothes. Before school started I wanted to take her to the water park. Now that I will be working more, this may have been my last weekend to do that. We took her and 3 of Yhostin's sister's kids to Cowabunga Bay!

It was actually alot smaller than I thought it was going to be. Besides the cluster of slides, maybe about 8, they had a lazy river and a little wading pool. I definitely did not think it was worth the money paid. I remember 7 peaks being much larger. But maybe that was because I went when I was a kid and things from your childhood seem to be bigger. Anyways, the kids did have fun!!

Kiana and MaKayla racing down one of the kiddie slides!

Kiana and the twins, Mason and MaKayla. It was actually their 6th birthday, so I knew I had to bring them with us.

They have it decked out with some cool features and decorations so of course I had to get a pic of the kids by something. They couldn't wait to get some ice cream.

We have been looking at buying a bike for Kiana for awhile, and maybe a little for Yhostin too! We wanted to get a 150 but when we actually looked at the bike, we knew it would be way to much for Kiana, so we settled for an 80. We went looking on Thursday. We weren't really planning on bringing it home so we took the Land Rover to the dealership. We ended up having to put it inside. It was a bit of a tight squeeze, but we made it!

We ended up having to lay it flat on its side.

Here it is upright! Thursday we let her get a feel for it. She was super excited and could not wait until Sunday when we planned on going out riding.

Today we went out past Saratoga Springs so she could ride more, it was fun, but way too HOT! She did good and is definitely going to be a pro. She still needs to work on changing the gears and hasn't quite grasped the concept of a clutch, but she is learning fast. She will only need a couple more outings to get it down.

Go, Kiana! We love you and are proud of how well you did!!

Here I posted a video of Taylor at the pool on Friday, it is a little long. (I don't know if it is working, the video would not play for me.) He kept chasing Kyleigh around, it looked like they were having little races. I just wish you could see it better. You kind of just get the idea. The other one is a short video of Kiana taking off on her bike.

It's Official!

I can't believe it, but I am official!! I passed both the Naplex and the MPJE. After about 5 weeks of pure hell, stressing, and being completely sick worrying about tests, I can put it all behind me. I can't believe that I am done with school, after forever. Today I checked on line to check my license status, and instead of saying intern it says pharmacist! Hooray! Anyways, I hope everyone has a good holiday weekend. Pics to come soon!

Its been awhile!!

So I have been so busy and nothing really exciting to blog about, which has resulted in the absence of current posts. The most important thing was graduation on June 6th, finally and so exciting. Now I have to get back to working full time so I can pay off student loans, yuck. Kiana had swimming lesson, no pics to post though. She did really awesome. We had a week of tutu making. Now, all I do with my time is study. I take one test in a week and the other the week after. All my free time right now is pretty much going to studying (I hate studying almost more than anything)!!

Thought I would post pics of all the tutus. They turned out really cute. I made them so Sheena could have pics taken of her girls. I bought fabric on Monday, then cut and tied 7 tutus by Saturday night. The cutting takes the longest, so I recruited Kiana and Yhostin's two nephews (thought if they slept over I could put them to good use)!

Pink and dark green for watermelon theme.

This one we made for Kiana's new baby cousin. It is way cute with baby pink, bright pink and brown. There was also just a baby pink and brown.

Not a great pic, but I kept stacking the tutus on top of each other when I was done. We had a Christmas tree of tutus. It was even better with the final two on top.

This one I made to resemble all the colors in the watermelon. There is the green, white, pink, and black. It turned out so cute. I can't wait to have girls. I also can't wait to see how adorable Sheena's pics turn out.

We got a preview of what they would look like. Both Avery and Harper looked adorable in them. In this pic, I made Sheena wake up Haper so I could see how it fit. Harper is way stinking cute!!

Now we have the 4th of July weekend. Kim, TJ, Daviana, and Jessica came up from Phoenix. It was nice to see them for the weekend. We sat outside alot and just enjoyed visiting. Taylor enjoyed the popsicles, especially with grandpa.

My mom watered her flowers and Taylor wanted to play in the water. We gave him the hose to play with. That was not enough for me so we got our white trash pool.....the cooler.

Filling up the pool.

Then we had an upgrade due to my great dad. The inflatable pool was mine when I was like 16, it is about 10 years old, crazy. We use to have it set up in a little canopy and we would just chill out in it.

This water feels so good!!!

Such a cute face.

Yhostin sprayed Taylor in the face with the water gun and made him cry so we made him get in the pool too.

One of the many pics I took.
Skim board surfing!! It looked way fun but it was a little difficult. This was last weekends events.

Kiana giving it a shot, she mainly just stepped on the board, no skimming to it.

Yhostin's nephews did awesome. They got it on the first try.

London enjoyed the cool water. He loves water.
